1. Create an Account
Sign up quickly on the PickPock app to get started. Whether you're a customer needing transportation or a transporter looking to offer your services, the process is simple and fast.
2. Post Your Request
As a customer, post your transportation needs—whether it’s a ride, a parcel, a car, or even a pet that needs transport. Be specific about your destination, time, and requirements so you get the best offers.
3. Browse Offers from Transporters and Choose the Best
Transporters—whether other passengers with extra space or small transport businesses—will review your request and send offers. You can compare the offers based on price, travel time, and transporter ratings. Pick the one that fits your needs best. You’ll have all the information you need, to feel confident in your decision
4. Track Your Transport
Once you've made your selection, you’ll be able to track your transport in real time. Stay updated on your parcel’s journey, or your own travel progress, until it reaches its destination.
5. Confirm Delivery or Arrival
Once your transport is completed, confirm the delivery or your arrival. You can also rate the transporter and leave feedback to help future users make informed decisions
6. Payment Process
Once you’ve selected your offer, payment is processed securely through the PickPock platform. You’ll be able to pay via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. The payment is held in escrow until the transport is completed and confirmed. Only when the delivery or ride is successfully completed, the payment is released to the transporter. This ensures a secure and transparent transaction for both parties.
